Throwing it back to my epic Muay Thai training adventure in Thailand! 6 years ago, I embarked on a journey that pushed me to my limits and transformed me in ways I never imagined. As a beginner at Namsaknoi Muay Thai Club, I worked hard and met amazing people from all over the world. Outside the gym, I explored the stunning island of Koh Phangan, with its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and vibrant culture. I tried mouth-watering Thai food and discovered the beauty of stepping out of my comfort zone. This adventure taught me discipline, perseverance, and the power of chasing my dreams. I'm forever grateful for this life-changing experience!
