The Season of Lent is a season of penitence, prayer, fasting and repentance. It is a season to prepare ourselves for the Celebration of Easter, the Holy Week and the Paschal or Easter Triduum, where we celebrate as Christians and Catholics the Suffering, Death and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. To prepare ourselves for this celebration, Fr. Ciano Ubod, a Roman Catholic Priest from Liloan, Cebu, shared his reflections to enlighten us and inspire us in our Christian life and most especially to guide us in our reflections and self-examination.
