Continuing with our Benihana theme, I have recreated the delicious dipping sauces found at Benihana's and at most traditional teppanyaki restaurants. Both of these sauces are very easy to make and have just a few ingredients you may already have or are very easy to find at your local grocery store. Next time you are thinking about steak or seafood, make sure you give these a try.

Ginger Sauce Ingredients:
1 yellow onion - chopped
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (optional)
This will make about 2 cups of sauce

Mustard Sauce Ingredients:
5 tablespoons chinese hot mustard **
1 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 garlic cloves - minced

**you can also use dry mustard and water to make your own hot mustard. Ratio is about 3:2 powder to water
