How to Paint GLARE on Water: Easy Tips!

Is glare on water is a difficult thing to paint? In this video you will see the easy idea behind painting this light effect on water. First, you have to understand that glare is not a bright light. It's a bright spot in a dark area, so it's not that difficult to paint glare on water. Just paint the dark area in a cool dark color. Then add the bright area.
