Whelen WPS-4004 Nuclear Siren Test - Voice, Alert, & Fast Wail - Cedar Rapids (DAEC), IA

For the first Wednesday, Mitchell and I started the day off early with one of the Duane Arnold Whelens. The Duane Arnold Plant is decommissioned, however the EPZ is still active, making these technically nuclear sirens. The city of Cedar Rapids intends on keeping the sirens, but only to use them for severe weather. Enjoy!
