Bought this about 10 years ago on eBay but when I took it out the last time the pattern cam stack gear split right through. I think the gear had been fraying for a while as the machine went regularly through a sluggish spot at regular intervals, but once it properly split only cranking the hand handle would get the central axel to move at all.

Found a replacement part on eBay and replaced it. Runs smoothly now!
