From the Goldfields of Victoria where Ingrid calls home foraging territory, she runs weekly foraging workshops and cooking classes around the state sharing this lost knowledge of sustainable food, living off the land and wild medicine.

Free Food Forager's ultimate goal is to get everyone to view their surroundings from the urban, suburbia to rural as their own free food supermarket and start to treat the bush with the respect it deserves. We have a strong focus on eating invasive pest plants and other feral food sources to teach others to eat the enemy and reduce the impact these feral factors have on our native plants and animals.
