CLOSE CALL IN THE ALPINE | GPS RESCUE SAVES MY DRONE | LR FPV

My first attempt at this line didn’t go as planned. Got a bit too excited on the last dive and went passed the limit of my LOS. Flew blind for a few seconds until deciding to activate GPS rescue. It took what it felt like the longest 45 seconds ever for the quad to gain enough altitude to recover video signal. Regardless the mishap, I was still really stoked on this location and after studying the flight path a bit better I came back two days later for a second attempt. Condition were a bit windier than ideal, but I still had a blast completing this flight. Already want to comeback and try some alternative lines. Keep the props sinning! Cheers.
