For those who may not have access to certain Salesforce features, we've got you covered! Here's how your administrator can grant you access to each feature:

• To clone an existing list, request your administrator to enable the 'Create and customize list views' permission on your profile. With this permission, you'll be able to personalize and customize your list views according to your preferences.

• If mass editing from a list isn't available to you, ask your administrator to enable the 'Mass Edit from Lists' permission on your profile. This will allow you to make bulk edits effortlessly, saving you valuable time and effort.
• Wondering why a specific field isn't editable? Check out this helpful article for insights: Link to Article. It explains various reasons why certain fields may not be editable, including the requirement for the field to exist on the page layout of the record. Additionally, please note that certain fields such as addresses, dependent picklists, date/time fields, and some standard fields are not editable from list views. If your object has record types, remember to add the specific record type as a filter to enable inline editing. Filtering for more than one record type is not supported.

• If you're unable to see the pencil icon on your navigation bar below your avatar, ask your admin to disable the 'Disable end user personalization of nav items in this app' setting in the App Manager. Simply go to App Manager - Choose App - App Options - Uncheck 'Disable end user personalization of nav items in this app'. This will allow you to personalize your navigation bar and access the features you need.

• Can't locate the Reports tab? Request your admin to update your profile and grant you access to the Reports tab. Additionally, to run a report, ensure you have the 'Run Reports' permission enabled.

• If the New Report button is missing, ask for the 'Create and Customize Reports' and 'Report Builder (Lightning Experience)' permissions to be enabled on your profile. Once granted, you'll be able to create and customize reports tailored to your needs.
