I’ve been seeing many having issues with the new updated version of DENON ENGINE PRIME SOFTWARE VERSION 2.0.2 and I wanted to point out a major reason this may be happening. I’m using my October 2019 HP PAVILION WINDOWS 10 RYZEN 5 AMD PROCESSOR gaming laptop to do this along with various external drives from my internal SSD 1TB to the others ranging from 2-10TB worth of music.I found that at first when I attempted to try and analyze my drives that it was crashing on me. After checking all of my drives even my internal ones I found no issues, Thank GOD, and even did a thorough check on the apps themselves and did the necessary repairs and rebooted my laptop and one by one I began analyzing my drives again.Unbeknownst to me,I found that some of my files were indeed corrupt and so I proceeded to clean me libraries yet again. Since my libraries are extensive it takes me a while to do so but it’s better for peace of mind and to not have any issues when you’re at your event. Hopefully, this video helps others and clarifies some questions many may have.
