Our third day in Ahmedabad was a fulfilling experience as we finally delved into the city's vibrant nightlife. We began our day with a visit to the magnificent Akshardham Temple (BAPS), an architectural marvel. The security measures at the temple were exceptional, featuring a three-layer security process. First, visitors were required to deposit their bags and electronic devices, including mobile phones, laptops, power banks, action cameras, and smartwatches. The second layer resembled airport security, with guests asked to remove their belts, and the third involved a thorough scan by the security personnel.

Inside the temple, we explored the Swami Neelkanth exhibition, which provided a fascinating insight into his life journey and his significant contributions to humanity and societal betterment. Following our visit to the temple, we proceeded to Adalaj Ni Vav, a 15th-century stepwell celebrated for its exquisite carving and rich historical significance. It's a haven for history enthusiasts and architectural admirers.

In the evening, we made our way to the Atal Bridge, another iconic landmark in Ahmedabad, built over the Sabarmati River. To enhance our experience, we opted for a boat ride on the Sabarmati. We chose a pontoon boat that gracefully cruised along the beautiful river. The day concluded with a peaceful walk along the picturesque Sabarmati Riverfront.
