(4K) Ponga Valley Trail, Ponga | Hiking Asturias, Spain | PR-AS 213 |

In this hiking trail located in the north of Spain we pay a visit the asturian municipality of Ponga. This is the first time visiting this place and I must say I found the area breathtaking. This is a part of Asturias with high mountains and deep valleys which make its geaography very appealing to me. The trail we are hiking today is circular, covers a distance of 7.4 km. It is recommended to be careful in the last km, since it is quite steep. The route has excellent signage and is easy to follow.
As I mention in the video, this part of Asturias has very little population and would be ideal if you are looking for a beautiful area to hike and not crowded at all.
