This Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy 2021 game guide video shows the first phase of the boss battle with Grand Unifier Raker in chapter 15. The first phase doesn't involve attacking Raker himself, because you'll have to deal with four Unifiers instead.
Unifiers are weak against lightning shots so rely on them as often as possible. You'll fill their stagger bars and they'll become susceptible to strong attacks and abilities from all of the Guardians. It may even be possible to defeat a staggered Unifier before he regains his composure. Look for opportunities to trigger special finishers activated by pressing two buttons to kill weakened Unifiers quicker.
Dodge a lot during this fight to avoid electricity, bombardment and charge attacks, because they can weaken you or even stop you in place for a short moment. You may also end up trapped inside a yellow field and use a double jump to escape before the field expires on its own.
