Ingredients :
1.Moong dhal - 1/4 cup
2.Toor Dhal - 1/4 cup
3.Water - 1 - 1.5 Cups + 1.5 cups
4.Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
5.Shallots - 8 Nos
6.Carrot cubes - 1/4 cup
7.Potato cubes - 1/4 cup
8.Slit Green Chillies - 2 Nos
9.Tomatoes -2 Nos
10.Sambar powder - 2 Tbsp
11.Oil - 1 tsp
12.Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
13.Salt - To taste

For Temperings
1.Oil - 1 Tbsp
2.Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
3.Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
4.Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
5.Curry leaves - little
6.Few Chopped coriander leaves
