OK, let’s talk about the elephant in the room - McDonald’s Hotcakes lol, I went to one of Sydney’s best cafes, Happy Fields in my last weekly Sydney vlog and many people pointed out that Australia does-in-fact sell hotcakes and I’ve just been living under a rock and not eating enough Maccas in Australia hahaha.

In other news, I relived my Japan travels from 3 years ago and had Japanese Hotpot with my siblings for a warming winter meal. We used DAISHO’s gifted nabe soup bases and it was super delicious. I also met up with Raff again to have dinner at Kappo. Kappo is the new Omakase where KUON used to be, while KUON has moved to where the Tempura Omakase used to be.
