Ingredients:

1 cup warm milk
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 egg white
1 tsp instant yeast
5 cup flour
50g butter

egg wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp oil
