A Drone video of the new build houses being built by Persimmon and Barretts. This drone video was shot using a DJI Phantom Vision 2+ on December 4th, 2016.

I was able to find a piece of public footpath running between the security fencing and the Adisham Road. It was a bit of a tight spot to take off and land from, but with nearly 3 years of flying the PV2+, I felt quite comfortable flying around the trees.

Using the low winter sun shine I was able to make the most of the clear blue skies and very light winds. I would of liked to of gone a little higher...maybe next time. I'm hoping to capture more photos and videos of this Aylesham housing development area as it grows. Just as long As I can find somewhere safe and legal to fly from.
