Is Buffalo an underrated city undergoing revitalization? Our visit in 2023 left us with a different impression. In this video, I will show some of the things we didn't like about Buffalo and a few things that we did. Homes prices in Buffalo are 40% lower than the national average, but is the cost savings worth it? Watch to the end and then let me know what you think - is Buffalo improving or will it continue to decay?
