Maria Remy, from Closwap said: “Sustainability in fashion is important because generally people are not aware of its impact.

“Not many people know that it contributes to more CO2 emissions than for example the aviation and shipping industry combined.”

The sustainable fashion marketplace wishes to empower young people to make greener choices and rethink the way they value what they wear.
