After spending the last 6 months converting my LiveWire to an adventure bike, I decided to test ride the range on section 3 of the Mid Atlantic Backcountry Discovery Route. What was supposed to be a quick 120 mile trip turned into a day I'll never forget. The forestry department had yet to clear the downed trees on this route, and by the time I realized how bad the situation was, I was already too far north to turn around and still make it home in time.
