I've made this video to try and show some of the differences between the Schott Perfecto 118 and the Schott Perfecto 618; when I was trying to choose between the two I found it hard to decide which to go for, and ended up with both!

Some of the information online can be a bit unclear, and there are lots of opinions on fit and sizing; hopefully this might help someone.
