新聞透視專訪｜WEDO GLOBAL 社區導賞：消除偏見，賦權教育工作者 (With ENG subtitles)

是次專題採訪包括我們的尖沙咀社區導賞團，以及WEDO GLOBAL (愛同行）共同創辦人和文化大使對建立共融社會的分享。

實現共融的第一步是走出舒適圈，與不同文化背景的人互動。我們的教育活動旨在減低偏見和刻板印象，並增強參加者的文化敏感度，而在我們的社區導賞中，參加者有機會親身參與互動體驗，消除誤解。

此外，我們也意識到教育工作者具備高度的文化意識和敏感度，對於實踐共融教育十分重要。因此，為教育工作者提供有效教授少數族裔學生和相關主題的培訓尤其重要。讓他們學習文化知識，與本地少數族裔對話交流，可以提升他們的文化敏感度。通過賦權一眾教師，我們可以為所有學生創造一個更共融和多元的教育環境。

The interview highlighted our Co-founder's and Cultural Ambassador's insights from our community tour in Tsim Sha Tsui, where we emphasized the importance of engaging with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

The initial step towards achieving inclusivity is to step out of our comfort zones and actively interact with people from ethnically diverse backgrounds. Through our educational activities, we strive to reduce biases, challenge stereotypes and enhance participants' cultural sensitivity. By immersing themselves in first-hand interactive experiences during our community tours, participants can dispel misconceptions and broaden their perspectives.

We also understand the significance of equipping teaching staff with a high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, as it highly contributes to fostering inclusive education. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of providing training for teachers and staff on effectively educating ethnically diverse students and related topics. By engaging in dialogue with members of local ethnically diverse communities and enhancing their cultural understanding, we empower teachers to create a more inclusive and enriching educational environment for all students.
