One Serving:
1/2 c. oats - I use the thick kind
1/4 c. red lentils
2 c. water (or 2.5 c. for a slightly soupier, but still thick and creamy version)
Add water to instant pot. Sprinkle oats to cover the bottom. Sprinkle lentils in on top of oats. 25 minutes, natural release.

Batch Cook
2 parts oats + 1 part lentils
Use 2x water as oats + 4 x water as lentils (add 1/2 additional extra cup of water per 1/2 cup of oats for a soupier, but still thick and creamy version).
Add water to instant pot. Sprinkle some oats to cover the bottom. Sprinkle some lentils in on top of oats. Alternate sprinkling lentils and oats in layers. 25 minutes, natural release.
