The Carnaval Putleco (Oaxaca, Mexico) perform during the 44th Annual Carnaval in San Francisco, CA. The outfits worn by the men are called "tiliches" made of countless layers of cloth stripes, always combined with a creepy mask or some kind of balaclava. A balaclava, also known as a monkey cap, balaclava helmet, ski mask or sheisty, is a form of cloth headgear designed to expose only part of the face.
