R A R A Lake || Cinematic Travel Film || Visit Nepal

Rara is one of the most breathtaking views one can experience while in Nepal. Boasting as the biggest fresh water lake in Nepal, Rara truly lives up to all the hype that it has and we were truly dumbfounded at the raw beauty of this incredible sight that we got to witness on our trip to the western Nepal. At an altitude of 2990 meters, Rara Lake sits right in the heart of Rara National Park where visitors get to explore the local flora and fauna along with the surreal beauty that is Rara Lake.

We shot this video back in 2019 when we decided to explore western Nepal and specifically Rara. Our objective was to create a promotional video encouraging domestic as well as foreign tourists to be part of one of the most serene beauty that Nepal has to offer, so that we could contribute in the government's plan of Visit Nepal 2020. The video was all set to release at the start of 2020, except the world suffered a global pandemic forcing us all into lockdown which in effect shut down all plans for the Visit Nepal 2020, and banned all travels.

Now that the vaccines are out there and the world seems to have eased up on the dangers of this unpredictable virus, we hope that this video will encourage all the domestic tourists if not the international tourists to visit this spectacular lake which will undoubtedly leave you spellbound by its tranquility and will leave you wanting for more.
