هى التربة التى تسبب مشاكل عند التاسيس للمنشآت عليها بسبب طبيعة تكوينها أو التغير فى الظروف البيئية المحيطة بها .
Definition of :
Soil causing problems for foundations :
It is the soil that causes problems when establishing foundations of buildings on it , because of the nature of its formation or the change in the surrounding environmental conditions .
- انواع التربة ذات المشاكل :
- التربة اللينة - التربة القابلة للانتفاش - التربة الانهيارية - التربة المتبقية - اللويس - السبخة - الردم - الترب القابلة للتسييل .
Types of soil causing problems :
- Soft Clay - swelling soil - collapsible soil - residual soil - Loess - Sabkha deposits - Fill - liquefactionable soil .... etc.
كل نوع من هذه التربة يسبب مشاكل كبيرة لإقامة
المنشأت عليه وبالتالى يجب معالجة هذه التربة قبل التأسيس عليها باستخدام طرق مناسبة للتأسيس واختيار النوع الخاص والمناسب من الاساسات لكل منشأ وأخذ الاحتياطات اللازمة أثناء تصميم الاساسات للمنشأت .
Each type of this soil causes major problems to establish foundations of buildings on it, and therefore this soil must be treated using appropriate methods , choosing the special and appropriate type of foundations for each building , and taking the necessary precautions while designing this foundations.
