Hi friends! Today i'll be teaching you a hula hoop tutorial, an around the neck coin flip. This is a move i'm constantly using in my flow plus theres hundreds of different ways to get in and out of this move! TIPS:
1. Make sure you are hinging the hoop nice and flat in front of you
2. The hoop must make contact with you neck every time in order to create that flipping motion
3. Practise makes perfect!! =D
