Apple iPad Pro 12.9 5th Gen A2379 Not Charging Pulling 5V 0.2A Repair with some Trial and Error.

In this video I am working on iPad Pro 12.9" 5th Generation model A2379. It came to me as not charging. Was pulling low amperage and was not switching to 15V.
