Copex S-Wing 1000 tonne shear shearing heavy steel sections

Our new Copex shear processing large high tensile overhead crane sections, which are reinforced internally, some older but very large H section the the shear had to compress for it to fit through the 700x800mm throat. Latterly, there’s more box and some very thick walled crane track, 28 and 30 inch sections. We got the feeling that the shear would have sheared two at once but we just wanted to fire it through rather than experiment. I was also filming drone footage and trying to feed the machine - and make videos on the ground, it was me who bit off more than I could chew, not the Copex 😂 I also recorded sound for the drone but I had a few hiccups and I don’t think I know enough about the audio side of things to sort it out, we’ll see.
