American Chen Taiji Society presents a series of 7 Basic Tai Chi exercises developed by Grandmaster Wong Wai Yi (Tony). Each exercise lasts about 10 minutes and is designed to focus on a different aspect of your body, to improve your health and enhance your immune system over the course of a week.

Get familiar with each simple movement each day and you should be able to do all 7 movements by the end of the week. Start from Day 1 again to mindfully repeat the 7 days training cycle.
