Lowe’s Shoplifter Steals $1000 Worth Of Plants Then Tries To Deny It

On April 6th, 2022. Officers responded to a shoplifting call from Lowe's in regards to a woman who stole $1000 worth of plants, when the employees tried to get her to stop she refused and said she had problems with the Police. Officers then tracked her down to her home and immediately arrested her, she refused to listen to the officer's commands which led the officer to take her to the ground. Throughout the whole investigation the woman did not seem to be in her right senses, she kept saying she was being stalked and that the government are after her. When they asked her about the items she stole, she denied ever stealing and claimed she paid for it. This is the body-cam footage of the events that followed.
