2009 Honda Accord ABS Module Not Communicating - U0122 (ABS Module Already Replaced)

Today we have a 2009 Honda Accord 2.4l that the customer complains the ABS, VSA and Brake light are on and it is not communicating. They said they replaced the abs module with a used one and still have the issue.
