Emeer, aka Zulu Rema,17-year-old, is a dancer with two lower limbs amputated. He knew how to turn his difficulty into a real asset by proving to the world that disability has never been an obstacle.

Since 2005, the Mobile Film Festival has been detecting and promoting new talents through a competition with simple rules: 1 mobile - 1 minute - 1 film.
