Preparing to take a Magento certification? Here are 3 tips to put you on a path to success (compiled from helping many get certified). MORE TO COME.

👉Are you preparing for the right test? I feel bad for people who tell me that they are going for the Professional Developer FIRST. I've seen too many fail starting with that test (it's tough!). Instead, start with Associate developer. You'll be much more likely to obtain success. Then work up.

👉Set aside time EVERY day. Be consistent about your study. Ideally, get together in groups and work toward the common goal.

👉Study intently (not just browsing code/reading articles). Go through the code. Set breakpoints. Understand the practical implications of each area of the system.

It's worked for me. Certifications have forced me to sit down, take time and learn like crazy.
