Developmental anomalies of the uterus (mullerian anomalies) is associated with pregnancy complications like abortions. They do not usually contribute to infertility. However, they can be picked up on hysterosalpingography during infertility workup. Definitive diagnosis requires other investigations like 3D USG, MRI and Laparoscopy.
