Soft, moist, very delicious and full of berry and lemon flavour Lemon Berry Cake. It is not too sweet, very quick and easy recipe. You’ll definitely love it!

Ingredients:
175g/ ¾ cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
80g/ 1/3 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
100g/ ½ cup granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 lemon zest
20ml/ 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g frozen/fresh berries
50g/ about ½ cup almond flakes
20g/ 2 tbsp brown sugar

Tin size: 20cm/8 inch

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 40-45 min. Cool in the tin for 10 min, remove from the tin, cool and serve warm. Enjoy!
