Taking the Triumph Bonneville T120 to the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in Manchester, May 2022.

Typically for Manchester, moody skies and the threat of rain overhung the start to the day. But The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride wasn't going to stop for a bit moisture. The multiple events occurring in the city centre did however stop the normal 'city' route for this year's DGR. Nevertheless, we carved a route out from Manchester Triumph to Barton Airfield and didn't get rained on once. That's almost a miracle.

To the folks that came up and said hello today, thank you so much! It was really great to meet you and put faces to names, I was touched that you'd even come up to say hello.

Hopefully I'll see you again at next year's event where we can make a proper spectacle in the city centre!
