This video features a 10 hours late Humsafar Express. The train travels through one of most beautiful railway routes of India from Lumding to Badarpur. The train climbs the mountains from Lumding to Haflong before going along the Jatinga River and finally entering the Barak Valley at Badarpur

The Humsafar Express usually crosses this section completely in the night. However, on my day it was 10 hours late and I got to explore the entire section in the day time whilst accompanied by pouring rain.

For those who wish to directly jump to the most beautiful part of the video, skip to 22:00. Prior to that, the most important section covered is the Double Bulb Curve to climb the mountain.
