If you buy bespoke 18th century stays from me, here's how to measure yourself for that! :)

Here's the measurements list as well:

1)Bust circumference (across the fullest part of the bust, as usual, tape straight across the back)
1a) Front bust (from side-seam to side-seam, over the front part of the bust)
2) Waist circumference (natural waist, usually around the bottom of ribcage, a few inches above belly button)
2a) desired waist (suck it in and pull the tape tight! or, I can take a standard 2" reduction from your natural waist measurement.)
3)Side length, from bust to waist. Measure along where a shirt side seam would be, from the level you took your bust measurement at down to the level you took the waist measurement at.
4)Center Front length: This is about from bust level down to pubic bone.
5)Center Back length: From mid shoulder-blade down to tailbone.
6) Back-side length: From mid shoulder-blade, diagonally over to where your hip bone hits at the side-back seam position.
7) Front Armhole: From center front at bust level, over to where you want the edge of the front armhole to be. About an inch in front of your resting arm position is usually comfortable.
8) Back Armhole: From mid shoulder-blades (center back, on spine) over to where the back armhole will be. Err on the side of caution here, usually this is a small number (3-5").
