We're FINALLY Allowed Back | Ireland To Spain By Ferry

Join us this week as we navigate a cancelled ferry crossing and a midnight boarding with a sleepy toddler. Only to be greeted by sideways rain, gail force winds and hailstorms. Yep it’s safe so say our Ireland to Spain by ferry experience didn't completely go to plan.

Fresh off the ferry, our first job is to find some fresh water and get our hands on some of the delicious traditional Spanish food we’ve been craving. We fail miserably at both.

But the rain does subside enough to allow us to explore the totally incredible Gaztelugatze. Which any GOT fans out there will recognise as Dragonstone, Daenerys Targaryen's castle.

Further along the coast then we do eventually find some sunshine, pinchos and water in a really lovely town called Lekeitio. And most importantly finally get to tackle the mountain of washing up that has been piling up in the sink!
