Key updates:

The First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has raised over N25 billion through fundraising from individuals and corporate bodies.

Additional financing approved by President Bola Tinubu has allowed contractors and consultants to return to site.

A Memorandum of Understanding with Qatar National Library is being finalized to support technical collaboration, capacity building, and architectural modernization.

This marks a critical milestone in Nigeria’s bid to establish a world-class library that blends innovation with heritage preservation.
