हरभरा कबाब बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ चमचे तेल
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• ४~५ लसूण पाकळ्या
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• १~२ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• चिरलेला श्रावणी घेवडा
• १/२ कप ताजे हिरवे मटार
• १ कप पालकाची पानं
• १ कप कोथिंबीर
• १/४ कप डाळवं / पंढरपुरी डाळं
• १ उकडलेला आणि सोललेला बटाटा
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १/४ चमचा गरम मसाला
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• थोडे काजू
• ब्रेडक्रम्ब्स
• तेल

Harabhara kabab is popular starter recipe. These are vegetarian kababs made with spinach, potato and green peas. These are very healthy and tasty. This is recipe is very easy to make too. These are loved by one and all. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 4~5 Garlic cloves
• Finely chopped Onion
• 1~2 Green chilies
• Chopped French beans
• 1/2 cup fresh Green peas
• 1 cup Spinach leaves
• 1 cup Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup roasted Chana dal
• 1 boiled and peeled Potato
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp Garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Cashew nuts
• Bread crumbs
• Oil

Method:
• Heat up oil
• in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• Add garlic, onion and fry for about 4-5 minutes.
• Add green chilies, French beans, fresh green peas and fry everything together for about 4-5
minutes.
• Add spinach leaves and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and add coriander leaves.
• Mix well and let the mixture cool down completely.
• Take roasted chana dal in a blender jar and blend it into fine powder.
• You can use roasted besan in place of roasted chana dal powder.
• Transfer the veggies mixture into a blender jar and blend it into paste.
• Transfer the paste into a dish and grate a boiled potato into it.
• Add 1/2 of the blended chana dal powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala,
salt and mix everything well together.
• If you feel the mixture is sodt then you can use the remaining roasted chana dal powder.
• Roll kabab from the mixture and garnish with a cashew nut.
• Roll the kabab well in bread crumbs from all sides.
• You can use rava or poha powder in place of breadcrumbs or totally skip this step too.
• Heat up oil in a pan for shallow frying.
• Drop the kababs into hot oil and shallow fry it well from both sides.
• After shallow frying for about 4-5 minutes from one side, flip the kabab over and fry well from
other side too.
• When the kababs are fried well from other side take them out, drain the excess oil and
transfer them into a dish.
• Harabhara kabab are all ready.
• You can have them as it is or with pudina chutney or sandwich chutney or with sweet
tamarind chutney too.
