Jonas Vingegaard’s 2024 season didn’t really go as planned, and even though Visma said he’s had one of his best career performances at the Tour de France, he still looked miles away from Tadej Pogačar’s form on most of the stages. But next year, Vingegaard is planning to change the narrative and give Pogačar a run for his money in the mountains, as he’s already started training with one big goal in mind: to dethrone Pogačar at the Tour and take back his crown.
