INGREDIENTS:-
150gm Cashunut fried (काजू तली हुआ)
100gm Foxnut roasted (मखाना भुना )
2 Green chilli slit
1/2cup coriander leaves chopped

FOR WHITE GRAVY:-

2 Onion roughly chopped
25gm Cashunut (काजू)
2 Green Cardamom (हारी ईलायचि)
Take a pan pour 1tbsp oil once oil heats then saute onionand Cashunut once the onion become translucent pour1/2 glass once the water dried the keep aside to cool . Once it cools then grind into fine paste.

2tbsp Ginger Garlic and Green chilli paste(अदरक लहसून हारी मिर्च पिसी हुईं)

3 Tomato chopped finely (टमाटर)
2 Onion Chopped finely (प्याज)
2Tbsp cream(मलाई)

DRY MASALA:-
1tbsp coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
1/2tsp Black pepper ()काली मिर्च
1/2tsp Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर)
11/2tsp Kashmir red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च)
1/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy (लाल मिर्च पाउडर तीखी)
3/4tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
1tbsp Fenugreek dry leaves roasted and crushed (सुखी मेथी पता)
1/2tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)

PREPARATION
1) Take a pan put 4 tbsp oil then add
1 tsp Cumin seed
1 Bayleaf
2 Clove
1 Black Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon
1 tsp kasuri methi
2) Saute till it splutter then add chopper onion
3) Once the onion becomes brown Then add Green chilli ginger garlic paste saute it till oil separate s
4) Now add chopped tomato and salt saute .
5) Add all dry spices except kasuri methi.
6) Add little water and saute till oil owooses out and nice aroma comes out.
7 ) Add white masala and cook till oil comes out then
8) Add hot water with coriander leaves cook till one boil comes out.
9) Now add Cashunut fried and roasted Makhaana cover the lid and cook for 3 minute
10 ) add 2 slit chilli crushed kasuri methi and corianderleaves mix it well serve hot.
