Now, there's obviously a HELL OF A LOT MORE to Parmenides, but here we're just describing one very BASIC idea in order to sound like you know what's going on :) Parmenides's poem is extremely complex and needs a lot more time than a little 9 minutes video, but hopefully this is a start!
