Finally, Tatsu from the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie gets the NECA Ultimate treatment!!! Back in 2020 NECA's Randy Falk in an interview said that Tatsu was a figure they wanted to do but having difficulty getting the actor Toshishiro Obata on board for the likeness rights. That all changed later in the Spring of 2022 when his son announced on a Facebook page that a figure of his father as Tatsu would be made.
