Taj West End Heritage Hotel, a 5-star hotel near the Racecourse Road in Bangalore, built in 1887, is a 136-year-old beautiful property with loads of greenery.

Unfortunately, the experience at such an amazing property The Taj West End turned out to be the worst experience at any hotel ever. Something that I never expected from the Taj Group.

The food and beverage department stooped to their lowest level and standards. Unresponsive and negligent guest services. Hitesh and Vicky, who manage the Machan Restaurant, and Shaswat, the duty manager from Guest Services, are to blame for the humiliation that we faced at Taj West End. The security staff and the housekeeping staff were the only smiling faces on the property who greet you every time they see you; the rest all look sad and depressed. A special thanks to Balaji from housekeeping, who didn’t fail to ask if we had any requirements.
