1 macaroni
20 oz ham, diced
1 onion, diced
1 pineapple, diced
1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs, hard boiled & diced
16 oz mayo
Garnish with roasted red bell peppers and olives

Bring a pot to a boil. Add salt and your macaroni. Once done, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside. Dice ham, onion and pineapple. Add pineapple and sugar to a small pot on medium heat until slightly caramelized and a syrup has formed. Set aside and cool down. Once everything is cool, add everything to a bowl, mix and serve.
