HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMANDA TAPPING!

Sure, I had to make a video for her 50th! How on earth this woman is 50, I have no idea. Samantha Carter was my absolute HERO when I was seven years old, so it's pretty cool to still find Amanda Tapping just as inspirational and awesome 13 years later. I had wanted to do a complete tribute to her, including her roles on Supernatural, The X-Files, Killjoys, etc, but then this ended up becoming mainly about her being a badass. Sigh. I just love badass AT, if my Sam Carter vid was anything to go by! So, here's a tribute to the Grand Empress of SciFi.

Sony Vegas crashed FOUR TIMES while rendering this. FOUR. It actually crashed at 98%. So, I was briefly murderous. Thankfully, on the fifth attempt last night, it rendered!
