Midnight Lights (EP)

Written in late 2024 and early 2025 and released now, Midnight Light is a six-track instrumental EP by MONEY$KEY, the electronic project of Nikita Shabardin.

Blending multiple styles of electronic music, the record builds a cohesive nocturnal atmosphere without the use of vocals. Texture, rhythm, and space replace lyrics, allowing the sound itself to carry the narrative.

Inspired by cyberpunk aesthetics and towering cities like New York City, Midnight Light captures neon reflections, endless skyscrapers, and the quiet tension of urban life. Beneath the glow lies a deeper focus on isolation, ambition, and the silent struggles of those living inside modern megacities.

Structured as six connected movements, the EP unfolds like a late-night journey through concrete and light — cinematic, restrained, and atmospheric.

Midnight Light stands as a focused statement from MONEY$KEY: a sonic portrait of the city after dark.
